PROJECTS

• We advise and assist community groups, private developers and government agencies in the strategic planning of initiatives that focus on ecological reclamation, historic conservation, and the re-purposing of infrastructure in underserved urban areas.
• We assess economic feasibility requirements, develop site-specific master plans, model cultural and environmental impact, launch improvement programs, provide project management support and evaluate project performance.
• We develop tools and strategies that ensure the sustained impact of capital projects in close collaboration with expert colleagues in the complementary areas of government, real estate development, philanthropy and design.
